Vacation Rental Description

 
Every modern convenience awaits you, but also there is classy 
comfortable charm. This is the perfect relaxing de-stresser and get-
away and is also great for honeymooners - totally private with piped 
music inside and out a selection of CDs videos and DVDs for your 
pleasure, but still close enough to movies, restaurants, shopping, 
bars, street fairs (Thurs) and Markets (Sat/Sun) for a fun evening 
out! However, once you have experienced the comfort of the master 
suite with a 27 inch TV, and large walk in closets with lots of 
drawers, and a library, and a Jacuzzi bath tub with TV in the master 
overlooking the garden, you will be hooked. We've added a 100 inch 
movie screen that drops from the ceiling for your movie viewing 
pleasure along with Ipod docking stations. 

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with pillow top and is 
also very charming. The bay window opens onto a completely private 
front walled courtyard garden with climbing roses around the window. 

The third bedroom also has two very lovely queen pillow top beds and 
is nice and large, with two comfortable reading chairs. A high 
ceiling bright room and also with a bay garden window overlooking the 
pool and spa. Entry to this charming rose room is via double French 
doors which have vanishing screens so you can sleep with the air 
coming in on warm evenings. 

A small fourth bedroom suitable for a single adult or two small 
children has been added in the Cottage. This charming small "Box 
room", as they say in England, has a nice quality single bed, a 
dresser, hanging clothes area, and TV/DVD. There is a private bath as 
well as entrance from the house or the backyard. A second rollaway 
can be added.
There are 4 Bathrooms 2 with tubs-all 4 have showers Plus there is an 
outside Pool shower.

We also have two rollaway beds for surprise guests or family. The 
rooftop deck has chairs and lounges and is perfect for observing the 
sweeping mountains and the twinkling city night lights. Piped music 
accompanies you wherever you go, and there's wireless high speed 
connection everywhere. 

Throughout the home there is lots of art, mostly done by a well known 
female British artist. There are two indoor fireplaces - one in the 
living room and one in the master, plus there is an outdoor Chimaya 
for colder evenings, and the gardens light up in a very romantic way 
at night. There is piped in music throughout the home, and gardens 
with outside speakers you can control with a switch. There is a patio 
swing and an outdoor bar and barbeque area close to the pool. Need 
internet access? Anyone with a wireless card in their laptop can use 
it anywhere in the cottage or outside in the yard and connect at high-
speed, through your cable internet service to the internet.

Although the home is all on one level without stairs and with wide 
halls and there is wheelchair accessibility, there is a separate 
outside upstairs view sun deck with spectacular views of the 
mountains, and in the mornings and evenings the sunrise and sunset. 
When it is dark the twinkling city lights make the perfect backdrop 
for cocktails or a romantic dinner. Indoors there is a unique but 
delightful and very cheerful French Style kitchen with a breakfast 
nook overlooking the courtyard and rose gardens, meandering paths and 
many areas to sit and read or relax on the patio swing under the 
trees. Just charm, peace and tranquility with views. Come once and 
you will return often. Many people have in the short time this lovely

Things To Do: 

Located close to 100 golf courses, many of which are listed on this 
site! Stroll  down quaint downtown Palm Springs and enjoy a margarita 
in one of the many sidewalk bars and cafes. After all, this is the 
playground of the rich and famous! Enjoy the Thursday night street 
fair, with music, food, crafts, farmers market and more! Upscale 
Saturday and Sunday market is held at nearby Palm Desert. After the 
market, window shop along famous El Paseo Drive! Disney, San Diego, 
Mexico, and beach areas are a 90-minute drive.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly $350 with a 3 night minimum
$2100 per week except Thanksgiving, Easter,Xmas and New Year, The Bob 
Hope Classic, Sinatra Invitational and Dinah Shore weeks are a little 
higher...---all,dates,times and prices can be 
negotiated--longer periods carry special rates and weekend breaks and 
mid week breaks also...The Prices above are a guideline only... I
