Affordable Cozy Beach House with private Jacuzzi in New Smyrna Beach

Come and watch the sunrise at one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Florida. New Smyrna Beach and the river offers glimpses of Manatees with their calfs, Dolphins and all different types of birds including the American Bald Eagle.

The home is located 1 minute by foot to the beach and also the old cozy main street Flagler Ave.  With all of it's small shops, local artists, restaurants , ice cream stores, beach buggy and bike rentals.

This  area is what Florida used to be. Not a lot of cement high rises. Just a plain sweet small city with lots of natural beauty and conservation land.

This newly, fully furnished, renovated house has beautiful golden, beige limestone throughout. Everything in the home is new including all the utilties.

The open kitchen seats 6-8 people comfortably. If you love to cook there is plenty of counter space and a built in limestone second kitchen table.

The kitchen opens  into the living room. The large living room has a view of  palm trees.  Along with a 46 '' Samsung HDTV , DVD player, and High Speed Wireless Internet. The couch is also large and comfortable enough to be used as a sleeper.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a reading corner to relax or just daydream after a day at the beach.

The 2nd bedroom has  a trundle bed (2 twins)

The living room has a futon bed,  which can stay there or  placed  in the extra room which is the  enclosed air conditioned patio. A extra bed is  also availble for this room if needed.

 The backside of the house is landscaped very tropical and has a private Jacuzzi and a grill for barbecuing, or also just relaxing at home.

Smokers can enjoy their cigaretts outside in this area. 

It is also fenced in incase you want to bring your 4 legged kid. No worries, please just ask. New Smyrna is very pet friendly and there are enough places to take your dog for nice  long walks and even some restaurants.

The house also has a private  garage. A full bath and an outside extra enclosed shower for privacy to wash the sand off after the beach.

We are the closet beach to Disney and all the attractions in Orlando, Cape Canaveral Space Center . New Smyrna offers lots of intersting things to do.

Fishing from the piers , or National Park are great, or taking a walk out to the light house.You can rent kayaks and go along the river watching manatees and dolphins swim by. The National Seashore park is great for collecting seashells and seeing where the Indians at Turtle Mound lived. You can go out on a boat that tours the river and see all different types of wild life. The local small stores have lots to offer as well as the other main street, Canal St. The little drug store goes back to the early 1900's. They still have an old soda pop fountain. The street also has nice restaurants, antique shops and is just like going back in time. Quaint and sweet with one of the most beautiful beaches Florida has to offer.

The house rents for 100. to 214. per night.

Will also rent out for less days.  Price upon request.
