a four-star, gated, oceanfront resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. 

Enjoy the ocean views and listening to the waves from this luxury 
townhome, relax at the large swimming pool, or take in a game of 
tennis at one of three lighted tennis courts. Located on world-famous 
Ali'i Drive the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club is three minutes' 
drive from groceries, shops, theater, and one of the most popular 
snorkeling beaches in Hawaii - Kahaluu State Park. 

The unit has been completely remodeled in Feb 2006 with brand new 
everything: furniture, appliances and other amenities. Includes 
beautiful new white tile flooring and fresh paint throughout. This 
unit sleeps four.

* Maximum occupancy = 4 guests.
* Reservation deposit required to confirm reservation. A 2.5% 
processing fee is applicable on final payments; no processing fee on 
initial reservation deposit. 
* Refundable Security Deposit of $250 required on all reservations;
returned 10-14 days after checkout assuming satisfactory report from
housekeeping.
