House Amenities –Thers are 2 bedrooms and a den with a sleeper.  There are TVs in living room, den and patio, all with digital cable; DVD player is in cabinet in living room.  There is wireless internet access.  There is a large kitchen, living and enclosed Lanai. Back-yard over looks lake with a fountain and no houes.

POOL –  There is a pool heater located outside the rear of the unit – feel free to use it.

Community Amenities – the main pool, lap pool, and fitness center are located on the left just past the gate.  There are also tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard and lots of walking paths.  Please feel free to use the tennis rackets and bikes in the garage.  There are 2 other smaller pools in other parts of the community.  You can find out more about these and other amenities on the website.   There is also a new grocery and liquor store right in the Brooks and about 1 minute from the gate – you will pass it on your way in.

Around Town – don’t miss Coconut Point and the Gulf Coast Center.  Both are brand new outdoor malls with wonderful restaurants (from Panera to Ruth Chris), shopping, and movies.  Coconut Point is right at the end of the road into the Brooks and Lighthouse Bay – Route 41 and Three Oaks – about 1 mile from Lighthouse Bay.  Gulf Coast Center is about 10 minutes – go north on 75 and get off at Alico road – you can’t miss it.  Miromar Outlets are also close by (5 minutes) Beach is a short 10 minute drive.
