with a pull out twin on the bottom which can turn daybed into a queen. Linens and towels are
provided.

Property overlooks the water from inside and outside and has access to the bay. Property has a 45
foot dock with plenty of space to park your boat. The homeowner park is located within walking
distance and includes the beach, boat ramp and barbeque area.

Close to John Pennekamp State Park, Harrys Park, Jacobs Aquatic Center, Islamorada Tiki and Sand Bar,
Movie Teather, Swimming with dolphins, Shopping, Hospital, Etc.
Walking distance to shopping center with Publix supermarket, Kmart, Restaurants, Etc.

Cleaning fee included on weekly stays and $100.00 if less than one week 
Security deposit of $300.00 will be returned within 15 days of your departure if there is no damage
to the property.
