There is an outdoor Jacuzzi, ski locker room in the lobby, health club, laundry facilities, elevators and outdoor heated pool open year round. The Village is very strict on parking so no more than one parking permit will be given. Additional parking is available at the Mammoth RV Park (fee required) located at the entrance of town.

For our busy guests, this unit has free high speed internet access.  No smoking is allowed and one parking pass is provided.  The lobby on the first floor of Lincoln House has a ski locker room (bring a lock).  Please DO NOT take ski/snowboard equipment into the unit.
