Vacation Rental Description

Life is best on the beach.....and this all-season unit is ready for 
your enjoyment and relaxation.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Condo with garden patio is conveniently 
located on the ground floor...no steps or elevators make it ideal 
for small children and guests with limited mobility. Access is 
available from the front and the side parking areas.  Beach view, 
steps away from poolside and boardwalk to the white sugar sand beach 
and emerald water.  Grilling area is just nearby.
King size Master Bedroom with sliding door to patio, Queen size in 
2nd bedroom, 2 Twin size in 3rd bedroom.  Sofa converts to Queen 
size sleeper to accomodate 8 guests.
Non-smoking unit, smoking allowed only on patio.  At least one 
person must be 25 yrs old to rent and to occupy the unit.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV/DVD/VCRs in Living Room and Master bedroom, TV/VCR in Twin 
Bedroom.  Ceiling fans in Living area and all 3 bedrooms.  Well-
stocked kitchen, linens provided.
Regency Towers has many amenities, included gated security and 
security patrol, three pools (1 kiddie, 1 heated seasonally) with 
snack bar, lighted tennis courts, basketball goal, fitness center, 
whirlpool and video game room.
Golfing at nearby courses, convenient shopping and dining 
experiences are all part of the wonderful vacation time awaiting you 
here.

Security deposit $200 (Spring Break $400) by credit card,check,money 
order to reserve.  Full payment is due 15 days prior to occupancy.
