Vacation Rental Description

Newly renovated from the ground up, upscale "island style," this 
house is located in a beachside Kihei neighborhood of multi-million 
dollar homes, and offers access to a long, soft stretch of sandy 
beach just across the street, less than 50 yards from the front door.
This 2-story, 2000 square foot home features a large living area 
downstairs with new wood flooring, all new furnishings, beautiful 
art, a game room with billiards table, PlayStation II, and an extra 
DVD player, etc. The kitchen, also downstairs, features new marble 
counters, all new appliances, and fully equipped cupboards that will 
accommodate any dining and cooking urge. A formal dining room seats 
six comfortably, and there are additional chairs/seating.

The home features air conditioning in the living room, master 
bedroom,and second bedroom. The master bedroom, accessed upstairs 
via a cute spiral staircase, has all bamboo flooring, high-end Bali-
style furnishings, and a warm, comfortable decor to go along with a 
superior comfort King bed, and high-thread count sheets. The master 
has its own bathroom. 

Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 Twins, and Bedroom 4 twins 
as well. All have new furnishings and large closets. The bedrooms 
are carpeted (new), except for the master. 

There is a spacious back yard with a comfortable, furnished lanai, 
gas bbq, and lots of shade. There are mango and lime trees on the 
property, which is located three very private blocks 
from "civilization": restaurants, a movie theatre, Starbucks, pizza, 
and other "necessities." A grocery store is 5 blocks away.

Travel south approximately 6 blocks, and you have reached the base 
of south Kihei's most beautiful beaches: the wonderful Kamaole 1, 2, 
and 3 Beaches. Also, the south side's best surfing "cove" is less 
than 6 blocks away, and gorgeous Wailea is less than 10 minutes away.

This is a great home for a family, large gathering, or several 
couples who want all the comforts of a rich, newly 
decorated, "island kine" house for their home base.
