Grounds have 45 ft pool, large patio/barbecue area, hot tub, firepit and expansive lawn.  

Living space has open floor plan with high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, bay windows, woodburning fireplace and eat-in kitchen.  Living room is entertainment focused with 52" flat screen TV, surround sound, cable//DVD and a baby grand piano.  Dining room seats 5-6 comfortably.  Computer area has antique desk, wireless internet and printer.

Master bedroom has queen bed, French doors to private hot tub deck and yard, large closet with overhead suitcase storage, and 32" flat screen cable TV.  Master bath has two-person jacuzzi tub/shower with antique vanity and bidet.  Second bedroom has double bed and additional single bed.  Queen sleeper sofa in living room and single rollaway bed in closet.

Private off street parking, private pool (unheated but warm July-Sept), hot tub with deck outside master bedroom, central air/heat, woodburning fireplace, washer-dryer/ironing board, baby grand piano, gas barbecue, patio furniture, ceiling fans in kitchen, living room and bedrooms, dishwasher, jacuzzi tub in master bath, bidet, 52" flat screen TV in living room, 32" flat screen TV in master bedroom, cable/DVR/DVD, wireless internet, printer, linens, paper products included.

Close to supermarkets, freeways and Metro to downtown.  5 min. to Universal Studios,  10 min. to Hollywood Bowl, Griffith Park, Burbank, Hollywood, Magic Mountain, Beverly Hills, Studio tours, Disneyland, Catalina Island, 40 min. to beaches.  10-15 minutes from Bob Hope Airport.

4 night minimum, cleaning fee $125, refundable security deposit of $500.  Occupancy beyond 4 adults incurs a $10 per person additional charge.

Holiday reservations incur $50 per night extra charge for four days surrounding Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Year's, Easter, & 4th of July.  

Dates are reserved on "first come- first serve" basis when deposit of 20% of rental fee is received.  One month cancellation policy after which deposit will be lost.

Children under 12 welcome but must be discussed to insure safety.  Please specify ages of children on reservation request.
