Living space has open floor plan with high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, bay windows, woodburning fireplace and eat-in kitchen.  Living room is entertainment focused with 52" flat screen TV, surround sound, cable/DVR/DVD and a baby grand piano.  Dining room seats 6 comfortably and 8 if needed.  Computer area has antique desk, wireless internet, 22" monitor, and printer.

Master bedroom has queen bed, French doors to yard, large closet with overhead suitcase storage, and 32" flat screen cable TV.  Master bath has two-person jacuzzi tub/shower with antique vanity and bidet.  Second bedroom has double bed and additional single bed.  Queen sleeper sofa in living room and single rollaway bed in closet.

Pool (unheated but warm July-Sept), central air/heat, woodburning fireplace, washer-dryer/ironing board, baby grand piano, gas barbecue, patio furniture, ceiling fans in kitchen, living room and bedrooms, dishwasher, jacuzzi tub in master bath, bidet, 52" flat screen TV in living room, 32" flat screen TV in master bedroom, cable/DVR/DVD, wireless internet, 22" monitor, printer, linens, paper products included. 

Close to supermarkets, freeways and Metro to downtown.  Universal City, Hollywood Bowl, Griffith Park, Magic Mountain, Beverly Hills, Studio tours, Disneyland, Catalina Island, 40 min. to beaches.

4 night minimum, cleaning fee $100.  20% of rental fee due upon reservation.  7 day cancellation policy, refundable security deposit of $1,000. Children under 12 welcome but must be discussed.  Please specify ages of children on reservation request.  Occupancy beyond 4 adults incurs a $10.00 per person additional charge.
