More About the Houseboat: It has a comfortably sized bathroom with stand up shower. The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, closet storage and a patio door leading to the deck. The queen size sleep sofa in the living room, also with memory foam, and aero bed provide additional sleeping options. The well appointed houseboat provides a calming respite after a day full of activity. Imagine relaxing on the roof deck, drink in hand, enjoying your own private sunset! All the amenities of home! We provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and loads of bathroom products such as soaps, shampoos, and lotions. We even include lots of cooking ingredients such as coffee, herbs, spices, condiments, etc...

All this for less than the price of the smallest rooms at any of the nearby downtown waterfront hotels! You will be warmly greeted by your host, who will take plenty of time to make sure you feel comfortable and familiar with all aspects of the boat and the local area. The Experience: What's it like saying on a houseboat? The boat is in a protected part of the marina, but there is some occasional movement during the day when boats pass by. It is usually very calm during the night, although some guests find a bit of gentle swaying is relaxing and can lead to a very restful sleep. This is a brand new listing for our renovated houseboat in Philadelphia. Although we have not had anyone stay aboard this boat yet, we do have loads of comments from guests that have stayed aboard our other boats. Please note: we always keep our calendar up to date, so please check calendar before contacting us to make sure the dates you want are available! Also, unless it is a last minute inquiry, please email us initially rather than phone us!
