The Rio Frio Ranch House is a Historic property dating back to 1875 and offers unique 19th century amenities with modern perks.  Located in the Texas hill country off of Hwy 83 in Real County about 1.5 hours from San Antonio and 2.5 hours from Austin, Texas.  Air conditioning is offered in every room as well as heating.  Dish Network available with wireless internet.

Sitting on five acres, you can enjoy outdoor activites at your leisure.  We have one queen bed, five full beds and five twin beds with one and one-half baths.  We furnish linens, towels, pillows, dishes, silverware etc.  Our fully equipped kitchen has a gas range/oven, microwave and full size refrigerator.  Also included is an outdoor barbecue pit, picnic table area.

Pets 20lbs or less welcome.  Pet fee applies.

Reservations for Holiday Season

• Holidays, minimum of 3 nights

• Pet fee $15.00 per pet.

Rates based on double occupancy.  $10.00 per additional person per night.  Rates are subject to change without notice.  $100.00 deposit required.  $45.00 Charge on returned checks. 6% tax applies.  $100.00 cancelation fee, no cancelation fee if 48 hour notice given.
