The Rio Frio Ranch House is a Historic property dating back to 1875 and offers unique 19th century amenities with modern perks.  Located in the Texas hill country off of Hwy 83 in Real County about 1.5 hours from San Antonio and 2.5 hours from Austin, Texas.  Air conditioning is offered in every room with heating and cooling in the kitchen and living room areas.  Dish Network available in all bedrooms with wireless internet and local phone lines.

Sitting on five acres, you can enjoy basketball, volleyball and horseshoes at your leisure.  We have one queen bed, five full beds and five twin beds with one and one-half beths.  We furnish linens, towels, pillows, dishes, silverware etc.  Our fully equipped kitchen has a gas range/oven, microwave and full size refrigerator.  Also included is an outdoor barbecue pit, picnic table and patio.

Pets less than 20lbs welcome.  Pet fee applies.

Pet fee

• $15.00 per pet.

Rates based on double occupancy.  $10.00 per additional person flate rate.  Rates are subject to change without notice.  $20.00 Charge on returned checks. 6% tax on rental fees.
