Studio units are available on 49 street between 9 and 10 ave.

Several large studios apartments located on 49th Street between 9th
and 10th Avenue in Midtown West Manhattan .
The apartment is well equiped and prepare for the guest arrival with 
a nice set of towels and sheets .
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably (measures 
approximately
400 sq. ft.) .
The apartment as an original wood floors and the walls are well
decorated with pictures and paintings.

The open kitchen is very functional and is equipped with a fridge,
microwave, coffee maker and a sufficient supply of cooking utensils.
The living area is open with a queen sized murphy bed and a queen
sized sofa bed. There is TV with cable, VCR , small coffee table and
also a glass dining table with seats for four guests.
The bathroom with a tub, shower, sink and a toilet.
Utilites are included for short term with a local phone , tv cable

electric

Located within steps of New York’s infamous Broadway Theater 
District,
near the Javitz Center and just off of Times Square

second run theater.
