This spacious remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a living room, family room, eat in kitchen and a large caged solar heated swimming pool with an outdoor sitting area.   

All the amenities of home are included in this vacation home, a remodeled kitchen with all appliances; stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and all your cooking utensils and dishes.    Other amenities include 5 televisions (4 flat screen),  a DVD Player, wireless high speed internet,  Wii Console with games, internet & Netflix movies, a printer/fax/copier, home security system, CD stereo with I Pod dock, telephone with free local and long distance calling, washer and dryer,  beach chairs and towels,  updated furniture and the floors in the house are polished terrazzo and wood laminate. 

The bedrooms consist of a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, AM/FM Alarm Clock and Flat Screen Television, the 2nd Bedroom consist of a Trundle Bed that converts to 2 Twin Beds or a King Bed and Flat Screen Television, the 3rd Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, a Flat Screen TV, an AM/FM Clock Radio with an I POD dock and a large walk in closet with a vanity.  

With 361 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 73 degrees, this is an ideal destination for your next Florida Vacation.

Sports including the Devil Rays for Baseball, the Buccaneers for Football, the Lightning for Hockey, all types of baseball teams including the Yankees, the Orioles, the Cardinals, the Phillies and many more enjoy the St. Petersburg area as home for their spring training camps.

With a climate promoting year-round play, pack you clubs and enjoy the wide variety of golf courses, with more than 50 places to play in the area within a short drive.  Orlando’s famous attractions are less than 90 minutes away.

To experience nature, Fort DeSoto Park has something for everyone.  Along with three miles of white sandy beaches, the island also has several fishing piers and endless bicycle trails for running, biking and roller-blading.   Fort Desoto Park was named American’s Top Beach for the second consecutive year by TripAdvisor.

• Cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival.
• Pets are allowed with prior approval.   Non-refundable Pet Fee is $50.00 per week or $150.00 for a month.
