This spacious remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a living room, family room, eat in kitchen and a large caged solar heated swimming pool.

The home is warm and inviting and includes all the amenities of home. A remodeled kitchen with all appliances; stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and all your cooking utensils and dishes. Other amenities include 5 flat screen televisions, two DVD Players, wireless high speed internet, Wii console with games, internet and Netflix, a printer/fax/copier, home security system, stereo with I Pod dock, telephone with free local and long distance calling, washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels, updated furniture and the floors in the house are polished terrazzo and wood laminate.

The bedrooms consist of a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Flat Screen Television and AM/FM Alarm with IPod doc, the 2nd Bedroom consist of a Trundle Bed that converts to 2 Twin Beds or a King Bed and a Flat Screen Television, the 3rd Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, a Flat Screen Television, an CD Stereo with an I POD dock and a large walk in closet.

As charming as the house is, you’ll find yourself spending more time outside. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a lush, well tended lawn, fruit trees and other decorative foliage. The backyard is surrounded by a privacy fence with a screened in patio, outdoor eating area, large solar heated swimming pool and BBQ grill. For the safety of children, there is a pool safety fence located around the pool area installed on request.

With a climate promoting year-round play, pack you clubs and enjoy the wide variety of golf courses, with more than 50 places to play in the area within a short drive. Orlando’s famous attractions are less than 90 minutes away.

• $200.00 Deposit Required to hold reservation.   Deposit will turn into Security Deposit ($500.00 for a monthly rental).
• Balance of Rental Fee is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival.
• Pets are allowed with prior approval.   Non-refundable Pet Fee is $50.00 per week or $150.00 for a month.
