The "Cobia Cave" is a great place to to enjoy some rest and relaxation away from the hustle & bustle of the city....This one bedroom one bath condo unit is nicely furnished with every thing you need for a great vacation! It has a queen bed WITH NEW QUEEN MATTRESS in the master bedroom with a large tile shower in the master bath. It has a queen & a single sofa bed in the living area. This unit comfortably sleeps 5 people. The master bedroom has it's own balcony with an additional balcony from the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with NEW BAR STOOLS!!! These balconies have a great view of the pool, the marsh, and the gulf beyond! The living area has a NEW FLAT SCREEN TV!!!
The Egret Landing Condominiums have amenities such as: boat ramp, dock, fish & scallop cleaning area, swimming pool, gazebo, picnic & bar-b-que area.

- Shired Island (restrooms, showers, grills) to Horseshoe Beach approximately 2-3 hrs.
- Horseshoe Beach to Butler Island (picnic tables, grill) and back. 1.5 to 2 hrs.
