After a great day at the beach, on the lake, downtown, or the ski

exquisite three bedroom bungalow style residence located in the
heart of the Lake Resort Area, the historic Fort Ground
Neighborhood. Cottage by-the-lake is a few easy walking blocks to
the Coeur d'Alene Lake Beach (public access), famous Coeur d'Alene
Resort & sublime Marina, Fort Grounds City Park (free concerts &
community events), Cultural Center & Museum, Spokane River, North
Idaho College, Historic Downtown with ultimate shopping boutiques as
well as numerous, gourmet and casual dining options.

Immaculate Three Bedrooms with Beautyrest pillowtop mattresses;
luxury high thread count cotton sheets for a great nights sleep.
Master bedroom has a king sized bed. Second bedroom has two twins.
Our third bedroom has a queen sized bed. Queen sofa sleeper in the
living room area. All bedrooms have closet and dresser drawer
storage, night tables and good reading lamps. Cotton bath
linens/ towels, shampoo, and bathing soap are provided, as
well as kitchen cleaning and laundry supplies. Gourmet kitchen with
good cookery, Dansk china & glassware, coffee pot, blender, mixer,
bakeware,cooking utensils, stocked with spices. Washer/dryer in
basement, double fenced yard for privacy w/a fish pond and waterfall
in the backyard, patio deck & dining with a gas grill.
Single car garage & free parking passes for ample street parking.
Two TV's, DISH Satellite/DVD player/CD player, small library, board
games, concierge rack with maps, activites brochures, tennis
rackets/balls, basketball.

Skateboard park two blocks away. Tennis courts at North Idaho
College (1/2 block from Cottage), Lake Beach, City Park, Spokane
River & Downtown three blocks away! Biking, hiking, swimming,
boating, lunch and dinner crusies on the lake. Centennial Trail and
the world famous Floating Green Golf Course minutes away. Silverwood
Theme Park, snowmobiling, skiing, Art on the Green.

Nominal extra charge for cleaning for stays less than 3 days.

Damage Security & Extra Ordinary Cleaning Deposit is Required:
Deposit Refunds are returned within one week of check-out date.
