40 Norte in Ensenada

Luxurious spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on a 4 mile sandy beach.  The beachfront home is situated 50 steps from the Pacific Ocean.

The home is fully furnished, including towels and sheets.  The unit has several lounging beach chairs and a barbeque.  Unit includes 5 gallons purified water. Bring your own charcoal, food, condiments, water and ice (available roadside at the Furteria).  Bring your sunscreen as you will be beachfront for your vacation. 

The unit is located in a closed community with patrolling security guards 24 hours per day.  The naturual beach is shallow and swimmer firendly, but no lifeguards.

The home is beachfront on a long strand beach -- 4 miles long.  You can do any and all beachfront activities.  The home is in a security complex with partolling guards 24 hours per day.

Enjoy a day at the beach and a bonfire at night.  Or, drive into Ensenada for fine dining.  The home provides as much solitude as you could ever want and allows for more acitivity by venturing into Ensenada to visit the same shops the Cruiseport visitors shop.  Be careful -- world famous Hussong's Bar has "killer" margaritas.

May to October - $2,500 USD per month + utilities ($500 security deposit)
November to April - $1,800 USD per month 
Weekly Rate - $1000.00 USD ($250 security deposite)
Daily Rate (3 day minimum) - $160.00 per night ($100 security deposit)

4 PM check-in; 10 AM check-out

We require 25% deposit to book the home and the 75% balance 30 days prior to occupancy, plus $100 security deposit.
