Beautiful, 2 bedroom ocean-front condo in Carolina Beach.  Second floor unit looks directly out at the ocean.  Sit on the deck and enjoy the views of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing.  There are direct, unobstructed views of the ocean.  The unit was renovated in June 2009 and has all new furniture.  Queen bed in Master Bedroom with deck access.  Full bed in 2nd Bedroom.  Full-size air mattress for additional sleeping.  Living Room can seat 7 people comfortably.  Flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo in living room.

The pool is located outside the front door.  There is an outside shower to clean off the sand from the beach.  The condo has a laundry room.  There are beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, and games in the closet.  There is secure wireless internet access.  The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and blender.  Renters must furnish linens and towels or rent them from a local company.  We can coordinate the rental.

Conveniently located in the heart of Carolina Beach.  The Boardwalk and restaurants are down the street.  There is a lake with a jogging trail.  There is a fishing pier less than a mile away with a lounge that has live music.  The boardwalk, fishing pier, and lake are all walking distance from the condo.  Kure Beach and Fort Fisher are minutes away.  Historic Wilmington is close.  Whether you like sitting in the sun, fishing, boating, shopping, hiking, or dining out, Carolina Beach has it all.   There are Free Movies at the Lake on Sunday nights throughout the summer at Carolina Beach Lake Park.  Watch the Fireworks every Thursday night during the summer at the Boardwalk.

Oct 31 - Apr 3 - $475 per week or $75 per night
Apr 3 - May 29 - $750 per week or $125 per night
May 29 - Sept 11 - $900 per week
Sept 11 - Oct 30 - $600 per week or $100 per night

A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required.  This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation.  The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival.

A cleaning fee of $75 is added to all reservations.  The condo is professionally cleaned after all rentals.

Due to the law, we have to add sales and occupancy taxes (14%) to each rental.

Payment in full is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival.  

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Saturday; check-out is at 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday.

This is a non-smoking unit.  Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
