We searched all over Belize for the perfect place to buy our retirement condo and chose this brand new luxury condo inside of Captain Morgans Beach Resort, a paradise playground for singles, couples families and honeymooners.  It’s a huge 1,800 square feet condo that sleeps five with beautiful island furniture and your very own hot tub on the balcony sitting out over the ocean.  This is true oceanfront property – a slice of paradise!

Just north of San Pedro town, you can travel by golf cart, bicycle or water taxi to and from town, and then relax in one of two pools, with swim up bars, lots of sports equipment -  it's like being on your own private island!

Welcome to Paradise! Our condominium is right on the beach of the Caribbean Sea. You literally walk right out  the door to see beautiful white sand and blue water. Nothing could be finer.......Everyone that has stayed at our condo has come back loving it, and you will too. 

Our beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, air conditioned brand new condominium offers all the ambience and comfort you expect in a vacation home. Prepare island favorite meals in your fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, toaster, blender and all cooking and eating utensils. Washer and Dryer. Cable TV and DVD. All quality linens and towels. Just bring your toothbrush! 

Relax in your private hot tub on your balcony over looking the water and enjoy the tropic breezes, view the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and gently swaying palm trees. Or, swing on one of the hammocks for a totally relaxing experience.  Cool off in the pool or enjoy a drink or dinner at the restaurant overlooking the pool bar.

Here is the process for reserving your Captain Morgan's Beach Resort Luxury Condo.....

Let us know your top two requested days of stay, along with the type of accommodations you desire.

Our office will respond with an acknowledgement as to the availability.  If available, a deposit of 50% will reserve the condo for you - we take Mastercard and Visa, or you can send a bank check overnight deposit for one night's.

You will receive a confirmation via email that our office has received your deposit, and a statement with the balance due will be sent out.  The balance will be due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival and can be paid by credit card, or with a bank check.  Then, sit back, and wait for your Belize Island Beach Resort Vacation to come!
