Very nice 2600 sqft 4bed/3ba cabin built in 1998 - sleeps 12 and has a 2 car garage with large flat driveway. Great enclosed entry room leads to main house level or down stairs to great "kids" room with full bath, game tables, pinball machine, TV, DVD, PS2, 4 double futon couch/beds and 2 twin top bunks (room sleeps 6 with ease!).
Main level has master suite with 4-post CA king, Jacuzzi tub, twin sinks and direct deck access; two nice guest rooms with queen beds; full bath, great room with TV, VCR/DVD, stereo, beautiful gas fireplace, two leather couches - nicely furnished; nice kitchen, dining area with small bar and 8 seat dining table; laundry room; nice deck with gas BBQ & seating.
Cable TV, high speed wireless and guest passes to Tahoe Donner amenities included. Tahoe Donner is close to skiing at Northstar, Alpine, Squaw Valley and several others. Lake Tahoe is just 20 minutes away, Donner Lake is just 5 minutes away and Reno is just 40 minutes.

*$150 Driveway snowplow charge per month
No Smoking - Dogs OK, but require additional security deposit & rent - Limit 12 persons at these rates - additional persons will require additional rent.
