Master suite has king bed, big TV & DVR, his & hers dressers, closet lined dressing corridor, private full en-suite bath, view & balcony. 2nd BR has twin beds that convert to king, TV & DVR. Second full bath right across the hall. Washer & dryer in service closet. Study with large custom built desk opens onto a screened furnished gulf and court view lanai. The study converts to 3rd private bedroom with accordion folding wall & comfy sofa/sleeper queen. Separate entry has beach closet & credenza with towels, coolers, picnic basket, tennis & beach supplies. Large kitchen with glass top stove, microwave, refrigerator & ice maker, double sink & disposal, dishwasher, blender, food processor, mixer, toaster & all cooking appliances. Glassware, platters, servers, baker's rack & all entertaining service.

Activity, Entertaining, Fun: The separate entry has credenza with beach towels, coolers, picnic basket, tennis and beach supplies. Private assigned covered parkeing has large beach closet with additional chairs, umbrella, BBQ, sand toys, floats & Frizbees, etc. Available at additional charge: On site pro tennis lessons; Clubhouse with bar and kitchen great to hold your own private party, Maid service.
