The property is ideally located in the heart of downtown Silver Spring, the city limit between Northwest Washington DC and Maryland (MD). Downton Silver Spring offers both a peaceful residential atmosphere and the excitement of urbanization: with its diverse shopping venues; library; grocery stores (Whole Foods Market, Giants); restaurants; movie theaters; American Film Institute; Discovery’s headquarters & exhibitions; live theatre at Round House Theatre; terrace cafes; outdoor summer concerts; lounges; bars; night clubs; golf courses; fitness clubs; parks and community recreational center loaded with activities; trails for biking, skating, walking and running; community swimming pools and tennis courts. Reservation is subject to payment of 50% of rental amount. Remaining balance including cleaning fee and security deposit due 30 days or more before arrival.
