The property is ideally located in the heart of downtown Silver Spring, the city limit between Northwest Washington DC and Maryland (MD). Downton Silver Spring offers both a peaceful residential atmosphere and the excitement of urbanization: with its diverse shopping venues; library; grocery stores (Whole Foods Market, Giants); restaurants; movie theaters; American Film Institute; Discovery’s headquarters & exhibitions; live theatre at Round House Theatre; terrace cafes; outdoor summer concerts; lounges; bars; night clubs; golf courses; fitness clubs; parks and community recreational center loaded with activities; trails for biking, skating, walking and running; community swimming pools and tennis courts. Buses stop just steps from the house. From Silver Spring Metro it takes 12 minutes or less without changing line to reach Gallery Place Metro Station and take an easy walk to: The White House; The National Mall; The monuments; The Smithsonian's and the other popular museums and conservatories; The US Capitol and the other popular buildings; Union Station; The Convention Center; Chinatown; Verizon Sport Arena....  The Silver Spring Metro Station opens at 5:00 AM everyday and closes at Midnight Sunday to Thursday and at 3:00 AM Friday and Saturday.

Reservation is subject to payment of 50% of total amount. Remaining balance is due 30 days or more before arrival.
