Sunset House - Fabulous Beach Front Location in Rincon de Guayabitos

Located just 50 minutes from the airport in Puerto Vallarta La Penita is a quiet fishing village in the heart of the Riveria Nayarit.  There are spectacular views of the ocean and the 2 islands as well as the bordering estuary and its wild life.  The property is secured by privacy walls and has a large pool with palapa and BBQ area deal for happy hour and a view of the sunset.

On the main level is the Casa Grande , a two bedroom 1800 sq. foot homeoverlooking the pool, the playa and the ocean.  This will be avaliable to larger parties as it will accommodate 6 people with a queen Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The Aztec Suite - This is the front suite and located both ocean front and pool front.  The large bedroom features Juliet balcony with sliding door onto the pool ocean area. The open great room concept main area has full kitchen and large living room with hide a bed so that we can sleep four in the suite. (  extra charge for four people. Please inquire). The living room has oversized sliding door to a huge ocean front terraza.

The Olmec Suite— This suite has two terrazas .  Sliding doors from the living area lead to a ocean view terraza.  Off the living room is a beautiful terraza to allow light and airflow into the main living area.The very large bedroom has a sitting area to enjoy that book in quiet.  Through the walk in closet is a airy bright tiled bathroom

The Toltec Suite— This very special suite has a private stair case and entrance.  The oversized terraza offer spectacular ocean and arroyo views.  The furniture is a light and airy combination of wicker  and cane. The mountain view bedroom has wonderful night breezes.

Casa Grande - The entire lower level is a beautiful two bedroom 1850 sq. ft. casa.  The living room, dining room and kitchen are in an open concept.  The large living area leads out to a pool front raised patio.  The kitchen features stainless steel fridge, six burner stove with oversize oven, dishwasher, black granite counter tops, island and mapa wood custom built cupboards.

 Both bedrooms are oversized and have fans and air conditioning . The master bedroom features a Juliet balcony with sliding glass doors for the warm night breezes , and king size bed.  Through the walk in closet there is a beautiful large fully tiled ensuite with glass block shower and glass sink. The second bedroom features two twin beds which can be made into a king bed at your request.  The fully tiled master bath features upgraded fixtures and large walk in shower.

Beach combing, fishing, snorkeling,sea-doos, trip to Guadalajara, jungle cruise and San Blas, day trips to other beaches, swimming with dolphins, trip to Puerto Vallarta
