Three sleeper sofas and a daybed with trundle provide sleeping space for all, and the kitchen is ready for a crowd too, with two full-sized refrigerators and two ovens; there are even two laundry rooms. The top floor boasts a master suite with two bedrooms, a steam room, and well-outfitted wet bar (icemaker, microwave, and small fridge); on the second floor there’s a master bath with Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom has its own deck access, as does the living area. The game room with ping-pong and pool table is a fun place, but everyone will want to gather in the Grand Room, which features new leather seating in Island Sage. There is plenty of video equipment (TVs, VCRs, DVD players, with surround sound) throughout the home, including a 37-inch flat-screen TV in the second-floor living area. The home’s beautiful flooring features hardwoods and Mediterranean tile, and there’s a gas fireplace and high-speed Internet for your enjoyment. Outside there is a screened-in 15' x 30' pool (can be heated for a fee), hot-water shower, fish cleaning station, park-style grill, and a deck with six-person spa. You’re welcome to use the double kayak, and you may bring along two pets under 35 lbs (for a small fee).
