This beautiful large 6 bedroom home with pool, can accommodate comfortably a large party. This property is professionally managed and located on a wonderful private island of keystone.  Paradise is professionally managed .This property is a LEGAL SHORT RENTAL WITH ALL CITY AND STATE LICENSES.

Keystone is at a 8 minute (real) drive of the wonderful beaches of Bal Harbour. The Island is located 15 mn North of Miami Beach and 15 mn south of Aventura. This house is surrounded by a large number of restaurants, groceries stores, house of worships and of all possible sport activities.

This villa features  a very airy and homey atmosphere with large rooms and bedrooms. The living room area is made up of a dining room with a large dining table and a pool table, next to this room there is the TV room equipped with comfortable sofas and the computer. The TV room has large windows that open up on a pool deck. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's.

The comfortable wooden kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and everything you will need to spend wonderful holidays.

The first 4 bedrooms are located on the right aisle of the villa. The master bedroom is very spacious equipped with a queen size bed and connects to its bathroom equipped with a bath tub. The second master bedroom is spacious, equipped with a queen size bed and offers a serene view of the pool through its sliding window.

 The third bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. Those 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds and its bathroom, view and access to pool.

On the left aisle of the house, we find the 2 remaining bedrooms: the fifth bedroom is small and equipped with two single beds. The 6 th bedroom is spacious and equipped with a queen size bed. Those two bedrooms share a common bathroom.

A free cell phone (Metro Pcs)  is provided to you during your stay.  Unlimited local calls and international calls to land lines in most areas, please refer to website of metro pcs for more details.
