vacation rental description

This apartment is in a 3-family buliding (the other apartment are all family). We rent the apartment out as a vacation rental. It's a great way for tourists to visit New York City, and not have to pay hotel prices!

- four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one queen bed, three full beds; all bedrooms are private and have windows, except for side bedroom, which is private, but has no window)

- Comfortable living room with two sofas, TV and DVD player

- Kitchen equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer

- Linens and towels included- Internet access (WiFi) included

- very clean (I clean it myself after every group, using non-toxic/biodegradable cleaning products)

"We have just returned home to Victoria BC Canada after spending a week in NYC where our son was married. A few weeks before our travel plans were cemented, I went online to see if a furnished apartment was available in Brooklyn and did we luck out with this one! Dimitri, the landlord was more than helpful before we arrived and accommodated our every need while staying there. He even sent directions for me to give to the cab driver at the airport so the fare would be cheaper and it worked!
The place was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen for making big family style meals, great appliances, was tastefully decorated with lively bed linens and new furniture, bedside lamps for reading (yeah!), ample supply of towels for the eight of us, games to play, free wireless that was so appreciated by the students in our group, great TV set-up with movies, comfortable leather couches for viewing, convenient corner store right next door, very quiet area, safe to walk around even at night and only a short walk to two subway stations for easy rides into Manhattan. We ate at a Middle Eastern restaurant two blocks away that was great and on our walks found others we would try another time. Everything we needed was within walking distance and there were lots of organic foods available in the markets.
I would highly recommend this rental apartment to anyone going to NYC. "

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car
