Rates: August and Sept Special 1,275/mo Oct 1,600 Nov 2,200 Dec 2,400

Jan-March 2,500/month.  X-mas Special Dec and Jan 2,325/month is booked

together.  Spring Special: April and May 2,025/month if booked together.

$400 Rental/Security deposit required to reserve property.  $100 housekeeping

fee required per month or stay due with rent at first of month.  60 day

cancelation notice required.
