      _Kitchen contains Side by side refrig, DW, disposal, electric stove and oven, microwave,TV.

      _Two car garage and on site parking.            

Vacation Rental Amenities

     
      Vacation rental is 1575 ft. sq. unit with vaulted ceilings. Master suite has queen
      bed,lounger,desk, dresser, telephone, cable T.V., step-in shower,and dual his and hers
      lavatories. Unit is sparkling clean! Swimming pools and hot tubs at all clubhouses!

      Master bedroom has huge walk-in closet just off shower. Guest room has queen bed, dresser,
      telephone table and chair and is just off full second bath.

      Great room has full sofa, love seat sofa, cocktail table,side table, with
      wingback occationl chair.  This room is well lit and has slider to rear porch.
       
      Eat-in kitchen with bar, living/dining great room combination, entertainment ctr.,stereo,
      cable T.V. and DVD player.  Kitchen is fully equipped with attached
      den and internet cable (optional) for laptop computer users. All modern
      and convenience appliances including microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with 
      icemaker; oven-stove and all kitchen utnensils and tableware and flatware.

      Washer/Dryer off kitchen.  Television in kithen. 

      Front and rear furnished porches.  Front porch has screened security door.

      Sidewalk lights on timer.  Landscaped sidewalk.


      Automated garage.  Garage enters directly into house

      Five great restaurants, hiking,biking, sign-up for bridge,bocce,euchre,canasta,
      art classes,ceramics. Use one of our three beautiful libraries or explore
      the activities bldgs. just to see what's going on.  The list goes on.
      Swimming and sunbathing at it's best.  Choose from four(4) leisure pools,
      two(2) lap pools, spas, locker rooms, showers, all at your disposal and
      entrances are kept under key. Try one of three challenging golf courses(with greens fee)!

Vacation Rental Rates

      $725 per week(in season). Two week minimum stay. $2,000,00 three weeks. $2,400.00 per month.  
            $500.00 rental/security deposit required to secure reservation.  
            Security Deposit refundable after full inspection of premises to insure
            no damages have occured to rental property. $l00.00 housekeeping fee per
            stay or per month as may be the case.

            No pets are allowed.  And children under 14 must be accompanied by adult
            at all times.
