Beautiful Villa located in Twelve Oaks, in Tara, overlooks the 18h green and Tara Clubhouse. This villa has 2 Bedrooms, plus a den. Newly renovated golf course and Country Club, opened December 1, 2009. Private golf membership is available for a $200 transfer fee. Unit has a 2 car garage, and is all on the ground level. Master bedroom has king size bed, and full master bath, including seperate tub and shower, and a walk in closet. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and is adjacent to the second full bath. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa, if extra guests visit.
Renovations made in September 2009, include granite counters throughout, new paint and decor updates.
Both the master bedroom and family room/lenai offer fantastic views of the 18th green and clubhouse. The living room opens to a screened in, private lenai. The living room offers a 42 inch flat screen TV, with DVD player. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home. It offers a small kitchen table for coffee or a card game. The dining room offers a more formal seating area and a bar with 4 seats, overlooking the kitchen area. Off the kitchen, is a two car attached garage for easy access. There is a den, with a TV, loveseat and 2 reclining chairs. Villa is located close to the association pool and within walking distance to the clubhouse, golf, clubhouse pool/hot tub and tennis courts.
It is located centrally in Bradenton, 2 miles from I-75, easy access
to shopping, 20 minutes to the beaches, less than 1 hour from Tampa,
and only 1.5 hours from Orlando.
