Keystone is at a 8 minute (real) drive of the wonderful beaches of Bal Harbour. The Island is located 15 mn North of Miami Beach and 15  mn south of Aventura. This house is surrounded by a large number of restaurants, groceries stores, houses of worships and of all possible sport activities.

The property is landscaped with a tropical setting.

The living room is an open space that combines the living room, the dinning room and the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. This living area features a great view on the pool garden and canal.  The design of the house is modern and yet warm.

The living room opens up to a covered patio that leads to the backyard and to a wonderful pool area.

The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a tv area, a computer.

All bedrooms are equipped with TVS.

Right wing of the house

The master bedroom is very bright, surrounded with windows, and opens up through French doors to the pool area. It features a great view of the canal and contains a queen size bed.  The marble master bathroom has a large  tub,  and a large separate shower.

The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds . The third bedroom includes a queen bed.

The second modern marble bathroom is off the hallway and features a tub.

The 4th bedroom is very spacious and it is located in the other aisle of the house just behind the kitchen and therefore provides some privacy. This bedroom is covered with wooden floor has a queen size bed and connects to a spacious marble bathroom equipped with a tub.
