Our beautiful condo unit is 970sq.ft. with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and is located on the top-12th floor (PLEASE NOTE: WE ALSO MANAGE SEVERAL OTHER PALMS' UNITS--please call or email for availability!) in the East bld. in The Palms of Destin Resort! The unit is facing East with beautiful sunrise views over the Gulf of Mexico! The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a flat screen tv on the wall and a separate entry to the balcony.  The 2nd bedroom is a junior, meaning it is a little smaller than an average sized room; Its twin bed with a pullout trundle is perfect for children, but can still accommodate two adults. This room has a flat screen tv on the wall and a private bath. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen tv on the wall, and a dvd player. Our condo has several outlets for internet access. The kitchen includes a complete house ware package and granite counter tops. Our Destin condo is waiting for You & Your family!

Located on the resort property are two 12 story condo buildings, several oneThe Palms of Destin Resort is one of Destin's newest resorts. Completed in 2007, you  story villas, Trader Vic's restaurant, The Royal Palms Spa, The Bean Trader(serving Starbucks coffee), a beautiful lobby and conference center, and a lighted, multiple level parking garage. Resort amenities include a state of the art work out facility, lighted tennis courts, playground, ZERO-ENTRY LAGOON STYLE POOL WITH 5 WATERFALLS, A HEATED POOL, LARGE HOT TUB, KIDS' POOL, AND AN INTERACTIVE CHILDRENS' SPLASH PAD. The pool area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Soothing music plays from speakers hidden within the landscaping. All of the above mentioned amenities are available free of charge for use by our guests, except the Royal Palms Spa, which charges separately. The Palms is truly a wonderful place for families!!

The Palms of Destin Resort is located in the heart of Destin, approximately 1/4 mile west of Wal-Mart and directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and Silver Shells Resort. The Palms' very own beach shuttle runs through out the day during the summer to Henderson Beach State Park. Henderson is a beautiful park that includes covered picnic areas and restrooms. It is only about a 3 minute ride to the beach! The Palms of Destin Resort is also conveniently located within a 5 minute drive to many seafood restaurants and shops, including Destin Commons, which is a wonderful development that includes many shops, restaurants and a Rave theatre. Indian Bayou Golf Course is less than a mile away, and many other golf courses are within a short driving distance. The famous Destin fishing docks are only a couple miles away located on the Destin Harbor. There you will find charter and party fishing boats, pontoon boat and wave runner rentals, as well as cruise or sightseeing boats.

 (PLEASE NOTE: as of 8/6/09, the beach shuttle is currently down for repairs. If the shuttle is not available during your stay, your best option for beach access is to drive to Henderson Beach State Park, approximately 3 minutes away. The Palms’ Resort front desk will reimburse you for any daily entry fees that you must pay to enter the Park.)
