The Court Yard is situated in the heart of South Beach at a 2 mn walk from the famous Lincoln Road and 10 mn walk to the beach. This historic building is one of the nicest art deco building in South Beach. The Court Yard is made up of 16 apartments in 2 floors. The construction is made up of 2 buildings separated by a wonderful tropical garden.

This property is exceptionally well located and is very quiet.

This property is a LEGAL SHORT RENTAL WITH ALL CITY AND STATE LICENSES and is managed professionally.

Unit  1536-1 is a 650 square feet, junior 2 bedroom and will sleep up to 6 people. It is made up of one large bedroom and a small bedroom. The living room is equipped with sofas and or leather chairs, with a high dining table, and a plasma tv. 

* The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, night table and matching dresser. The closet has a security safe for our guests to store their valuables.

 The European style bathroom has designer fixtures that include a glass enclosed shower.

* The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen with no separation, access to the kitchen is through the junior room. This bedroom is either equipped with a twin bed. A queen inflatable is available upon request and availability.

The Junior bedroom is equipped with a full bed (54 in*75 in or 1.37m*1.91 m) that will sleep 2 people. Please note that junior room is small, refer to the pictures before you book. The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. All units at the Court Yard have either a small balcony or small garden (2 units only).

Parking is difficult in Miami Beach, the streets surrounding the Court Yard are all residential streets that require a parking permit. We have a few available parking permits available for our clients they are delivered based on a first asked first serve basis.
