Brian's Catalina Condo in Catalina Island

Brian's Catalina Condo is a 900 sq. ft. unit right near the golf course. It is on the second level, and has an elevator for your ease. It overlooks the garden, pool and jacuzzi while you gaze off the balcony. It is one of the newer complexes in the city, and close to all. Walking to the boardwalk takes 10 minutes, or three minutes by golf cart. Our unit has a complete kitchen with a nice dining area. The bedroom is large with a queen sized bed, tv, and ajoining restroom. The balcony has outdoor dining and a barbecue for you convenience. We have a living room which has a queen sized sofa sleeper, cable tv, and a dvd player.

Our Condo includes use of the large pool, and a jacuzzi which holds ten people. Below the complex there are coin operated washers and dryers. While staying at our unit, you are allowed to use our golf cart for FREE. In Avalon, golf carts are the main mode of transportation since there are very few cars and narrow streets. Golf Carts are licensed for the street, so you must have a drivers license in order to operate one. They can also be rented for $40 to $60 per hour. Remember that we have that barbecue on the balcony, so if you're an outdoor chef you can make a gourmet meal!

Since Avalon is a bay on an island, there are many activities to keep you busy. You can snorkel the crystal clear waters, go golfing, or on various tours. Some of the best fishing around is right near you, and there are boats you can rent or charter. Water sports such as para-sailing, diving, sailing, kayaking, and swimming can be found right along the boardwalk. You can travel the interior and see the buffalo, foxes and bald eagles by jeep or on tour buses. There is the famous glass bottom boat, or the little yellow submarine where you can see hundreds of local fish and sea creatures in their natural environment. You can also go hiking over mountainous terrain and over to the city of Two Harbors. There are so many things to do, you will not be able to do them all!

Winter time rates are $150 per day  (November 2nd - May25th)

Fall and Spring rates ar $195 per day (September 2nd - October, May 26th -   June)

Summer rates are $210 per day (July 1st - September 1st)
