This is a beautiful newly remodeled beachside 1 bedroom condo only a 1/2 block to the Atlantic Ocean in Flagler Beach! This is the perfect unit for a vacation getaway! It features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 full bath, kitchen and living area with a brand new Queen size sleeper sofa. The unit has new carpeting and tile, new kitchen cabinets, full refrigerator, convection oven, cook top and granite countertops. The unit is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool area with a great outdoor sitting area. This unit is only accessible by steps.  The bedroom, bedding & living room furniture was all upgraded to new as of January 2011.  Central Air Conditioning was just installed October 2011.

This is a small (11 units total) gated community. Tropically landscaped pool in the center with sauna, exercise room and free laundry facilities located on the ground floor.  High speed wireless internet or wire connection at no additional cost.  The unit is fully furnished with all kitchenware, sheets, towels, etc.  Central Air Conditioning.  Just bring your fishing poles, golf clubs and beach chairs!  Plenty of great fishing in the ocean or intercoastal waters,several luxury golf courses within minutes and plenty of great uncrowded beaches. 

activities and attractions in Flagler Beach Atlantic Coast North

The beach and Flagler Pier are only a 1/2 block away with a central downtown Flagler Beach location.  It is an easy walk to many restaurants, shop's and the Farmer's Market every Friday & Saturday. 
You are only about 30 minutes from Daytona Beach or St. Augustine and an 1 hour from Orlando or Jacksonville. Disney World is 1 1/2 hours.

vacation rental rates

The daily rate is $110.00 per night, the weekly rate is $600 and the monthly rate is $1500.  Additional fees are a 11% sales tax and a $60 cleaning fee and a $200 refundable damage deposit.  Rates may be slightly higher during special events and holidays.  Small pets are allowed for a minimal charge.  Absolutely, NO SMOKING!

I have other units in the same complex, so feel free to inquire if dates shown full as one of my other units may be available.

Excellent Condo!

We just stayed a week in July here for our honeymoon and had the best time! Condo was in a great location, had a great pool, and was very clean! Great place to relax and very quiet! We loved that it was within walking distance of the pier, beautiful beach, shops, and great restaurants. Owner was also very nice to work with during booking process. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again!

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Great Little Place

I stayed here for a month. I was thrilled that my dog was able to come along. GENERAL: This unit has both a street and courtyard entrance; very helpful when loading and unlaoding the car. There is a laundry facility on the lower level of the courtyard-FREE. There is also a small room with a treadmill and bike that I never saw anyone use. The place is quiet, family friendly. There are a few year-round residents. The pool is small-never used it as the beach is a block away.

LOCAL: All parking is public, grab a spot Friday night and walk everywhere during the weekend. The unit is one block from the Friday Market in the square. The Golden Lion restaurant is a must (a few blocks north of pier). Billy's Tap Room in Ormond Beach is a must (make reservations and dress nicely). Swimming on the north side of the pier is generally calmer water, but south of the pier is more family and quiet.

UNIT: Pet friendly...YEA! It was clean and had no "beachfront hotel smell." Everything you need was in the unit. People leave their spices, extra zip-lock bags, foil wrap, cleaners, etc. I left the funnels...LOL. The kitchen is very nice. The pantry is small for a month stay, but no biggie. The closet is small as well. The sofa is your adverage queen sleeper. The TV is the old tube kind, but you can connect a DVD player or game with basic R, Y, W jacks-no HDMI (no stereo). There is also basic Cable. There is wi-fi (and a land based line when I stayed). The a/c is 2 window units, and they are kinda loud; especially the LR unit. The bed (queen) is extra, extra, extra firm. There are, however, pull down shades in the bedroom that blocks the courtyard lights...nice. The bedroom has no door. The owners are very helpful, kind, and understanding. I gave it four stars only because of the firmness of the bed. I felt safe here; even at night walking my dog. I would stay here again.

P.S. When you're outside at the street and you hear an odd laugh or a high voice say, "Hi. What's your name?" And you look and see no one....its a parrot on the screened porch of the pink pirate house across the street. It took me 3 days to figure that out.

Just to update the comments in the review, this unit has installed brand new central air conditioning units as of October 2011, so no more loud window units! We are very excited about that if you can't tell. I am sorry the bed was uncomfortable for you, that is the first time we have heard that and we try to make it comfortable for everyone. We have also added an privacy curtain in the bedroom entrance.
