Ocean Club membership entitles you to utilize the Marriott Ocean Club golf course (18 hole, par 61), spa, 13 tennis courts, and all swimming pools located throughout the property.  A short walk to Bathtub Reef for snorkeling and scuba diving. 

Hutchinson Island area is one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on the Atlantic Ocean.  The historic town of Stuart is just five miles north, with fine waterfront restaurants, shopping and a wonderful ice cream shop. 

Recreational activities include golf, tennis, fishing, sailing, jet skiing, snorkeling, biking and theater - the Plantation's full time activities department can arrange outings including watersports, fishing charters, and tours of Florida attractions.

Weekly rates:  April 1 - April 30 - $1600.00 per week

Weekly Rates:  May 1 - November 15 - $1250.00 per week 

Holiday weeks:  Thanksgiving and Christmas - $1600.00 per week

Monthly rates:  December 1 - April 30 - $4500.00 per month

Off Season rates:  May 1 - November 30 - $2750.00 per month

A $600 security deposit (refundable) will be returned to renter after inspection of unit for damage or major inventory losses. 

One-half (50%) of the total rent, plus 8.5% State and County sales tax, plus $600 security deposit, plus $85.00 cleaning fee is required at the time of signed rental.
