This is not just a rental condo but one we, family and friends enjoy in the off season. The condo has recently been updated with new windows and sliding glass doors.  It has also been repainted inside and out.  We strive to keep it updated with beautiful decor and with the aim of providing you the simple comforts of home.  This is an oceanfront condo.

We have a beachfront pool and jacuzzi.  The unit has over 1100 sq ft of living space with magnificent views of the Atlantic ocean from the 4th floor balcony.  This is a corner unit, lots of light and panoramic views.

The condo is equipped with WIFI providing you with computer access while you enjoy your stay.

Master Bedroom: 1 - King size bed

2nd Bedroom: 1 - Queen size bed

3rd Bedroom: 2 - twin beds

WIFI included.

Central air, washer and dryer, elevator, three flat screen TV's, ceiling fan in living room and master bedroom, Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, fully functional and equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home; It's a non-smoking condo and building. No pets, please.  You are to provide your own sheets and towels.

Covered parking + additional off street parking for motorcycles/RV's

Plenty of things for everyone to do including relaxing.  Miles of wide beaches with more than 100 world class golf courses.  Water Park, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, House of Blues, MB Grand Prix, MB Pavilion, Nascar speedpark, Family Kingdom Amusement and Water Park, Ripley's adventure theme parks, Battleship USS North Carolina, La Bell Amie Vineyards, many minature golf courses, deep sea fishing, windsurfing, parasailing, thousands of restaurants; upper scale to low end, your choice...

ALL rates include:  Taxes.  A security deposit of $250.00 additional is required of which $100.00 is used to clean the rooms upon your departure.  The remaining security deposit is returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided no damages or loss are found.

We strive to keep our rates low; and one way we do this is that we ask that you please bring your own linens and towels; they are not provided.

This is our second home so we ask that you keep our condo nice and clean.

One half (1/2) of the total rent is due within seven (7) days of the date the reservation was made to hold the reservation.  The other 50% is payable two weeks prior to the check- in date.  

Cancellation policy:  If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to your arrival we will retain 5% of your rental fee.  If it is 2 weeks or less prior to your arrival, we will retain 20% of your rental fee.  If you paid via a credit card we will also retain a 5% processing fee.  You can expect the remainder of your deposit returned within 2 weeks.

Security deposit:  We will require a $250.00 upfront security deposit in addition to the 50% deposit just in case of damages.  We will use $100.00 of this to thoroughly clean the condo and the remaining deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after your stay if the unit is in the same condition as you found it.

Payment Options:  We can accept MC/VISA, personal checks, cashier checks or money orders.
