Fully furnished cabin in Ocala National Forest with 1 day pontoon boat rental to use on our Forest Lake -Half Moon.  Price is $450 per week.  Pets are $25 extra.

Weekend Rental possible with 1/2 day boat rental for $200.  Cleaning fee charged only if cabin isn't prepared properly for checkout. No damage deposit required  except for valid credit card.

 

Can accomadate up to 6 for extra fee.  Upstairs loft for kids to sleep and camp out.

Facility has playground, pool, horses, hiking, ATV trial close, Record fishing lake, activities for small fee and close to all the Ocala National Forest Springs.  Activities: Horse rides, glass fusing, glass etching, ceramics, hayrides, entertainment, star gazing, RC field coming, golf, t-shirts, arts and crafte, plaster paris animal tracks, campfire singalong.

Great Cabin!

This little cabin was exactly what we were looking for! Although we ended up being a late check-in,we had no problem finding it and everything was waiting just as promised. It's such a beautiful area with the lake and forest around you. We arrived at a very slow time, so it was extra quiet. Our little dog had plenty of room to walk and explore, and we were able to leave him in the cabin when we went into town to visit and shop. The owners were very friendly and available, but not at all pushy or nosey. All appliances were in good working order. We have AT&T cell phone service, and could NOT use our phones. Thankfully, we could use the computer with the free Wi-Fi. There is wild life in the area. We saw a panther and an alligator, and were told there are bears. This was exciting to us, but it did make us think twice about going for a walk after dark! All in all it was a very enjoyable stay. We will certainly be back.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet-friendly, sight seeing
