Vacation Rental Description

This townhouse is less than two blocks from Green Lake Park in a 
lovely quiet residential area.  It has two bedrooms one with a 
double beds and one with twin beds.  There is a small den or office 
on the ground floor with a working computer and cable internet. The 
kitchen has a kitchen nook with seating for four people.  There is a 
lovely rooftop deck for relaxing at home. 

The townhouse is 5 minutes from I-5 access both north and south.  It 
is 10 minutes from the University of Washington and 10-15 minutes 
from downtown Seattle.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen has an ice-making refrigerator/freezer, microwave and 
dishwasher.  There is a washer/dryer, TV, computer,  cable 
TV and Internet, gas fireplace, and jetted tub. 

Activities and Attractions

The townhouse is located near a direct busline to downtown Seattle, 
the Seattle Center and the Seattle Waterfront.  A few blocks away is 
a direct bus to the University of Washington. It is less than 10 
minutes by car to the University and less than 15 minutes by car to 
downtown Seattle.

Green Lake Park is two blocks away with its children's playground, 
small beach, biking, strolling, running, skating path. Woodland Park 
Zoo is on the opposite side of the lake.

A Starbuck's and numerous restaurants are within walking distance (3-
6 blocks) of the townhouse.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter rate:  $1050 week;  $3200. per four weeks. Sales tax .089. No 
sales tax for over 31 days. Refundable security/cleaning deposit 
$250.00. 

Summer rate (May 15-September 5) and Christmas (December 15-January 
1): $1400. week; $3500 per four weeks.
Sales tax .089. Refundable security/cleaning deposit $250.00. 

No sales tax for stays of 31 days or longer.
