Holiday Rate: Christmas, New Years... 12/20/09 - 1/10/10 $280.00/night   Valentine 2/9/10 - 2/19/09 $280.00/night...(10 night minimum for any reservations overlapping Christmas day or New Years and Valentine) (Christmas/New Year cancellations must be made before October 1st)

All other dates  Minimum stay 5 nights, (excluding holidays)

Add 12.42% Hawaii Lodging Tax (to the nightly rate).

Cleaning fee $120.00

$400.00 refundable damage/excessive cleaning deposit

2 nights confirmation deposit required to hold reservation
60 day pay in full prior. 60 day cancellation policy.
