Large and full of light flat, about 80m2 with two bedrooms and with all the "mod-cons", perfect to enjoy your stay in Madrid.

Living-Dining room with bay window, decorated with nice and relaxing colours, it´s got a "bed-sofa" for two people, it´s also got cable channels in several languages (MTV, CNN, TDT= Digital TV), internet (Wifi), DVD; Hi-fi system. You also have a large and nice wooden round table for six people. < /FONT>

Main Bedroom with a double bed, full equipped "in suite" bathroom (toilette, basin, shower), dressing-room with two built-in wardrobes. 

Second bedroom, with two single beds, two built-in wardrobes. This bedroom is opposite the second bathroom. Both bedrooms are decorated in a "cute" way and are full of light.

Large Kitchen. It consists of a small breakfast table as well as all the electrical appliances, that´s to say: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, juicer, and it also has got all the necessary kitchen equipment: cutlery, crockery, pans, bowls, table cloth, napkins, etc).

 The services for guests include gym, sauna and swimming pool in the same building (shared), possibility for parking a car (optional), cleaning service and laundry (both optional)

Next to one of the most tipycal areas of Madrid, few metres away from the most touristic, popular and crowded street market of this city, known as "El Rastro". Going for a walk you can visit the "Plaza Mayor" (Main Square) a "land mark" in Madrid; "Puerta del Sol" with its famous "Km. 0" of all Spain road network; "Opera" area with its famous Royal Opera Theatre;The Royal Palace with Sabatini Gardens, Almudena Cathedral (The city Patron), and few metres away the famous "Moor´s Garden" a beautiful garden which is worth visiting.

Ten minutes walk we get to the most important museums of Madrid, such as Prado Museum, Reina Sofía Museum, Thyssen Gallery.

We suggest a tour on foot around the most typical area of taverns, where you´ll be able to taste, the best "tapas" in Madrid as well as a huge range of wines and fine cuisine. This area is located few metres away from "Main Square", near "La Latina"

It's necessary the amount of 200€ damage deposit returned at leaving.
