Unique in Santa Marta

Our  Santa Marta on the Beach, in the El Peñon del Rodadero building is a beachfront property, with beautiful sunset views. It has 24 hours door man security in the hall and in the parking zone. It can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably plus 2 extra on two sofa-bed. With an area of 90 square meter or 969 square foot approx. we have three comfortable bedrooms each one with a big bed for two people and an ample closet space. The air conditioning system is centralized, covering all apartment.

A large balcony is off the living room, where you can enjoy the view of the sea, the two swimming pools and the beautiful sunsets in El Rodadero. The living room and dining room are quiet spacious. In the living room and in two rooms you will find a TV. 

The apartment comes with a kitchen complete with all the comforts of home, refrigerator, microwave oven, Moka, gas stove, dishes and utensils. There is also a washing machine, a cd player, Dvd, Binocle and a phone line for local calls.

There's one covered parking lot.

The price includes daily maid service.
