Seaside Villa in San Felipe

This is a fully furnished and tastefully decorated two story Mexican colonial style home located in the Villa de las Palmas private gated community adjacent to the prestigious San Felipe Marina Resort and close to town. The living area consists of 3 large bedrooms, one of which has its own private bathroom, another full bathroom upstairs plus a 1/2 bath on the ground level, a large open living room which merges into the kitchen and dining area. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have private balconies with views of the sea and the sunrise. There is a lot of space and the home in immaculate condition. This home is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is fully equipped. All bed linens and towels are included also. We welcome large groups so pool your resources with your friends and come on down and join the fun.
