In Grand Haven, nestled in a wooded dune, this 3 bedroom & loft cottage is part of a very small private association. Home is only 3/4 mile south of lighthouse, town and shares over 1500' of private Lake Michigan frontage with only twenty cottages. thiat is not a misprint. This unique association is directly on the beach with no busy roads to cross and just a few steps down to beach. A playground and tennis court is located in the Association. Fine golf courses wtihin minutes!

This classic cottage is 100' from beach steps. It includes updated kitchen and bath with Jacuzzi tub. All the comforts of home including: fireplace, High Speed Internet,WIFI, TV, VCR,NETFLIX, DVD, CD player, microwave, cappuccino maker, etc. Outside there are two large decks, gas grill, and a fireplace for cool evenings. Sleeps 8. Bring linens and towels, everything else is here! No Pets - No Smoking. This is our vacation home, not a full time rental.

*This is a real Lake Michigan beach cottage, not a house in the  town of Grand Haven with a half mile walk to a crowded public beach with little or no parking. Nor is it a cottage in Spring Lake with a 2 mile drive to Lake Michigan and town. Don't be fooled, if you are looking for a beach house check into the the baech access.

Coast Gaurd Festival July 29 - Aug 5 = $1850. ship tours, music parade, fireworks, carinvel in town all week!

Sept weeks Discounted..  Sunday - Friday in May, September, Oct = 800. Great Deal!

We prefer whole weeks and rarely rent just weekends in the summer

We may have lst minute openings or specials if we are not able to use the cottage, so check back in the summer.

We prefer single families,  No more then 6 people, Grandma and grandpa ok
