Wrigley Loft is a two bedroom, one bath located in a 2 story brownstone. Situated in a convenient location for both car and public transportation. Very accessible to and from O'Hare, Michigan Avenue, the Loop and Lake Shore attractions.  Wrigley Loft is close to major streets and public transportation. Just 1 mile from Wrigley Field and the Cubs shuttle stop is just outside the door.

Four blocks from the Brown Line train stop connecting downtown, the Loop and other parts of Chicago, like McCormick Place, Navy Pier, Chicago Art Institute, Adler Planetarium.

As a perfect home away from home. We are very kid and pet friendly with amenities that will make travel with your entire family a pleasure. With a kitchen fully stocked with all you need to be able to cook and enjoy meals at home. There are two bedrooms, a portable pack and play, high chair and pet beds.

We're happy to help you decide on activities and locate places that will make your trip fabulous. This apartment is within walking distance of the Martyers', Trader Joes, convenience store and many restaurants.

Free parking is readily available (unbeliveable, but true).

Nightly Rates

$175 for 1 night

$165 for 2-4 nights

$155 for 5-9 nights

$150 for 10 nights or more

Winter Monthly Rate $2450 includes cleaning and all supplies

Summer Monthly Rate $4500 includes cleaning and all supplies

To make a reservation, we require a 50% deposit, which is applied to your stay. The deposit must be paid by credit card. The remaining amount due on arrival can be paid by cash, check, credit card or PayPal. Your dates will be reserved only when the deposit is received. 

Monthly rentals We require a $500 deposit by credit card to confirm a reservation with the balance due before arrival.

If you must cancel more than a week before arrival, we retain 25% of the deposit and refund the remainder within 3 weeks. Cancellations made one week or less prior to arrival will not receive a refund.
