Inside the home there is a fireplace in the living room, and den areas. Moroccan floors tiles, and wood floors throughout. A great master bath with roman tub and steam shower.

The 5th bedroom has its own private entrance, kitchen, and bath. Great also for office and/or Nanny.

New gourmet kitchen with a commercial Wolf 6 burner stove, Sub Zero glass refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, filtered water system, 2 sinks, and a wine cooler.

52” plasma TV in living room, and 20” plasma TV’s in each of the bedrooms.

Central air/heat, central telephone system, alarm system, 24 hour neighborhood patrol, DSL Internet, Satellite TV, quality linens and towels, and weekly maid service included.

King bed in master,  queen beds in bedrooms #2, #3, and #5, twin bed in bedroom #4, and twin sofa bed in den area. Air bed and Pack N Play are available..

$500 cleaning fee, includes a cleaning while in unit for weeks long stays/

Rates are based on a 6 person stay. Additional guests are charged $25 each per night.

Parties and events are different prices and require special insurance, security, cleaning, and valet parking.
