Located at 8200 Atlantic Avenue in Wildwood Crest.  One block from the beach.        

Clean, one bedroom unit on 3rd floor with 2 full size beds that comfortably sleep 4 and a full size pull out sofa in the living room.  Small kitchen with full size refrigerator, sink and 2 burner stove.  There is also a microwave, toaster and coffee maker.  Very nice bathroom.  There is a small enclosed closet in the bedroom.  Unit has heat and central air-conditioning.  There is a TV and DVD player in the living room.  Free Cable with HBO.  Please bring your own linens and towels.  Free check-out cleaning.  NO PETS PLEASE.  NON-SMOKING UNIT.  MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6.  Please scroll down to the bottom of this page to see more pictures.

On site parking for one vehicle only.  Non-smoking unit.  No renters under 25 please.  A $100.00 security deposit is required which is refunded after check-out if the unit is left in good condition.  Payment is accepted by personal check, certified check or money order.  Return check fee of $30.00.  Weekly rates from Saturday to Saturday during July and August.  Check in is at 2:00 P.M. and check-out no later than 11:00 A.M.  Thank you.

If you're interested in getting away before and after the summer months, late spring and the fall are absolutely beautiful in the Wildwoods.  Why not try to get away for a couple of nights for just $75.00 per night in May and October and $100.00 per night in June and September.  Two night minimum please.

There is a large heated pool with a sundeck above and a separate pool area for small children.  There is also an outdoor shower, an ice machine and coin operated laundry facilities on the premises.  There are 2 BBQ grills and 3 lovely picnic tables with umbrellas on the premises plus 3 clothes lines for wet bathing suits, etc.  There is also a bike rack. 

The beautiful, wide beach is the main attraction located only one block away and it's free - no beach fees.  There is a board walkway that goes almost halfway down the beach.

Located not too far away are ball fields, a playground, basketball courts, miniature golf and tennis courts.

The famous Boardwalk with it's 3 amusement piers and water parks is approximately 14-15 blocks away and a trolley stops in front of the condo so you wouldn't have to take your car.  There is a bike path with a bike rental at the beginning of it a few blocks away.

Historic Victorian Cape May is only 10-15 minutes to the south where you have the Cape May-Lewes Ferry and the Cape May Zoo which is wonderful.  You could also visit historic Cold Spring Village and the Lighthouse in North Wildwood.

Take a walk or drive over to Sunset Lake to watch the beautiful sunsets and/or maybe have a picnic by the lake.

There are also Deep Sea Fishing excusions, Whale Watching cruises, Jet Skiing on Sunset Lake and Parasailing nearby.

You could also take your blankets and/or chairs down to the beach on Friday nights to watch the beautiful fireworks from up on the boardwalk.
