Enjoy our luxury 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo located just across the street from one of
the widest and most beautiful beaches in Florida. A large Nature park is located just minutes
from our Condo.
Walk within just minutes to restaurants, shops, and an ice cream parlor. Take a trolley to
Times Square and enjoy great restaurants, bars or a short stroll on the pier. Cinema and
grocery store within 1 mile from condo. Fort Myers Beach is located in south west Florida
within a 3hr drive from Miami/Ft Lauderdale/Orlando and about two hours from Tampa. Our
condo is located on the south end of Fort Myers Beach, with easy access to Bonita Springs
and the Ft Myers Airport.

Our Condo is a professionally decorated 3BR/2BA unit which includes a
King, Queen, and two single beds. Large bathroom and wallk-in closet
in master bedroom. Condo is BABY ready - equipped with bassinet and crib.
Fully equipped kitchen with mircrowave, dishwasher, and more.
TV/DVD in living room and TV in each bedroom.
Washer/dryer, Airco, Elevator and screened lanai.
All linens, bath and beach towels included. Also available are beach chairs, umbrella, and
inflateable rafts for the kids.

BBQ, 2 Tennis Courts and 2 Heated Pools located within Condo property.
In direct vicinity of Condo enjoy golfing, harbor access, fishing,
jet ski/bike/scooter rentals or parasailing. Casino and dinner boat cruises
available off island.

November through April: $1000 - $1200 per week
May through October: $750 per week
