Our amenities/upgrades supersede all previous "hilton" and "Kauai Beach Resort" Standards as well as any other unit.  We have a elevated balcony for privacy and private cleaners for the ultimate in cleanliness.

We are easy going and we own our unit outright.  Its not a time share.  Its actually our own unit we can stay in 365 days a year.
