Unit #804 is a completely remodeled Beach Front Condo, with new furnishing and has been tastefully decorated.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the balcony, bedroom and living room; all overlooking one of the world's best white sand beaches.
Our one bedroom, one and a half bath has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, and ceramic tiles through out the unit. You will find everything you need to enjoy your vacations away from home, including cable TV, DVD player, stereo with speakers in the kitchen, bedroom and living room. Also your linens, towels and beach chairs, will be provided.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a queen pull out sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer are in the hall across the unit.

December--April: $950 weekly, $2675 monthly
Please add 12% Florida state and county sales tax to all rental rates.
Also add a one-time housekeeping fee of $75 and $50 condo application fee.
Full rent, taxes and fees are due 30 days prior to arrival.
$500 deposit due at time of booking, it guarantees reservation, and becomes security deposit which will be returned upon departure, assuming no damage to unit.
Money Order or Certified Check. No personal checks are accepted unless received 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations Accepted, Forfeit deposit within 90 days of arrival if not rented.
