Located on a quiet side street, the building features a secluded back yard and garage deck, a perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee or grill dinner.

Lincoln Park is known for its beautiful architecture, abundance of parks, and close proximity to the lakefront and downtown. With the Fullerton L stop just a block away, you'll enjoy easy access to the Loop/downtown, Wrigley Field, Grant Park, Navy Pier, the lakefront, Millennium Park, State Street, Museum campus, the Art Institute, Michigan Avenue, and many of Chicago’s endless activities.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit is tastefully furnished and comes with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a small dining area and a living room with a full-sized futon.

Located 1 block from the Fulllerton L stop (with Brown, Purple and Red Line service), transportation couldn’t be easier. Walk to Wrigley Field or take the Red Line 2 short stops to the famed 1060 West Addison. In addition to the L, the Halsted bus located 3 blocks away will bring you to Greek Town and the Stadium for Blackhawks and Bulls games, and the Fullerton bus on the corner will whisk you to the lakefront, Lincoln Park Zoo and more. Wicker Park and Bucktown are easy to access by bus or a short cab ride. If you’ve brought a car, we will provide you with complimentary Zone Guest parking passes. There are also 2 pay parking garages within 2 blocks.

Other Information
This is a dog friendly building and neighborhood (Wiggly Field Dog Park is 4 blocks away). Well-behaved pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with a small fee. We are happy to provide a baby pak-n-play; lawn seats, coolers, grill equipment and other items to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Laundry facilities are also available (for guests staying a week or longer).

This furnished unit features hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, a granite kitchen, wireless high speed wireless Internet, cable TV, dishwasher, and central air.  Basic kitchen equipment, cleaning equipment are provided. This unit has a queen bed in one bedroom and a double in the other.  The amenities include h high-end cotton linens and towels; hair dryer; soap and shampoo; tea and coffee.  The building’s amenities include an equipped outdoor garage roof deck with gas grills, a small fenced-in back yard, and an abundant herb garden. 

Within a few short blocks, you’ll find the best Chicago has to offer:  an abundance of bars and nightclubs; restaurants from the gourmet Charlie Trotters to the original PotBelly’s Sandwich Works and Lou Malnati’s pizza; shopping opportunities galore on Halsted, Lincoln, and Armitage; Vic concert hall; and famed Blues clubs the Kingston Mines and Blues Etc.  Dominick’s grocery store is 1 block away.  Charlie Trotter’s Take Out is 2 blocks away, and both the DePaul Athletic Center and Lake Shore Athletic Club are within 4 blocks and offer day passes. For a more adventurous day, you can walk to Wrigley Field (1.5mi North on Sheffield) or the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, Lincoln Park Zoo and Fullerton Avenue Beach (1.5mi East on Fullerton).

Summer Rates are $200/nt and $255/nt for weekend nights.  There is a 4 night minimum.  A cleaning charge of $90 is added to all stays. A per person charge for parties of $15 to cover linens and additional utilities is added. Tax is added to all rentals.

Holiday Weeks (4th of July, Labor Day) as well as Chicago Events (Air & Water Show, Cubs-Cardinals Series, Taste of Lincoln) are $100 more per week/partial week with 5 night minimum. Rates for Lolapalooza are $200/more per week/partial week with 5 night minimum.

Off-Season Rentals available by the week for a cost of $1100 per week or by the month with $2595 for 1-3 month stays and at a discount for longer stays.
