Adorable two-bedroom cottage located just opposite the tip of the bluff on West Lake Road between Branchport and Hammondsport, NY. Central to all Lake venues and within two minutes walk to Lakeside Restaurant and neighboring boat launch. Also minutes away by boat to other lake venues including The Waterfront, Snug Harbor, and The Switz restaurants. Cottage has two bedrooms, one 3/4 bathroom, kitchen/dining, living room and sun room/office area. There is a small yard and about 20' of easily accessible beach space - just one step down from the lawn. Also incluldes a large deck with cozy patio furniture. There is a heating system as well as portable air conditioner. Pets are welcome for a $50 additional fee/pet.
